Index de l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes  

La loi du 5 septembre 2018 pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel (n°2018- 771, article 104) prévoit l’obligation pour les entreprises de calculer chaque année des indicateurs relatifs aux écarts de rémunération entre les femmes et les hommes et aux actions mises en œuvre pour les supprimer, selon des modalités et une méthodologie définis par le décret n° 2019-15 du 8 janvier 2019 :

  • L’écart de rémunération entre les femmes et les hommes
  • L’écart de taux d’augmentations individuelles
  • Le taux de salariées augmentées après leur retour de congé maternité
  • Le nombre de salariés du sexe sous-représenté parmi les dix plus hautes rémunérations

Au titre des indicateurs mesurés sur l’année 2023, Septeo obtient la note globale de 97 points sur 100 points.  

Si la note obtenue est inférieure à 75 points, des mesures correctives et le cas échéant, des mesures de rattrapage salarial doivent être mises en place. Ces mesures doivent permettre d’atteindre l’objectif d’égalité salariale entre les femmes et les hommes avec un niveau de résultat de 75 points minimum au bout de trois ans.
