Can I automate publications to the client area?

Yes, the publication options allow you to manage access to documents according to the rights granted to parties/persons in the files.

Can I reset user IDs and passwords?

Yes, but they can mostly do it themselves by clicking on the “forgot password” link. No more annoying calls to your secretariat to reset a password.

Can my clients pay invoices sent via SECIB online directly?

Absolutely. Access to online payment can also be done from the client area. Once the invoice has been paid, the payment data is automatically sent back to your Septeo Lawyers software.

How many documents can my clients send to the firm at the same time?

There is no limit to the number of documents sent via the client area.
